Watching American channel is a good idea to learn English

ast night I watched a football game with my wife. The teams
that were playing were Eagles and Cowboys. It was a great game! I like to watch American football every
weekend.
Two years
ago, I did not watch these games because I did not understand the rules. Now I watch
it. Is my favorite sport. When my
favorite team have the ball, I like to hear the referees saying, « The penalty
is declined». How did I understand it? How I did it?
I spend a lot time watching the games. I watch three or four games every
weekend.
When you spend a lot time watching
American channels, you can improve your English. In my case that will help me achieve
my goals, which is to have a good pronunciation and read better.
According to Telemundo
there are 600 million Hispanic people in U. S.
I think Spanish is the second langue in U.S. but, when you live here is
necessary to learn English, because is the official language in U.S. Without it,
you cannot solve such as read the prescriptions when you visit a doctor.
Millions of
Hispanic people in U.S spend a lot time watching Hispanic channels as Telemundo
and Univision instead of watching American Channels. They feel comfortable when
they could hear their language. I think that is not a good habit when you need
to learn English.
There are other
benefits when you watch American Channels. For example, you learn more about
American’s culture. You can find new information about foods, music, American’s
habits and more.
I recommend
watching channels such as ABC and Fox. They have good information every day such
as fashion, sports, travels and more. If you like to watch comedies, the Grio
channel have those shows all the time. One of my favorite channel is Decades, because
I can watch cowboys’ movies.
I am feeling
happy because I will watch the Super Bowl next year with my family and we will
have a party with bells on. Do you want to attend?
