What I do for combat the stress

tress causes a
lot of harm to humans around the world. In the job, house or school the human
could feel stress. We all need to know what things cause us stress. What do you do to combat the stress?
I had an accident two years ago. I’m
disabled because I have problems in my right ankle and my back. The pain I feel
is terrible. For the reason I spent a lot time along in my house. Some time I’m
feeling boring and useless. I can’t concenter when I need to do my homework.
That cause a lot stress, because I think that bring me problems whit my grades.
But I’m looking for possible solutions for this sick.
For example, In the morning I like to drink
black coffee and I don’t take the cellphone. I think the morning is the best
time for make the homework. Some evening I’m calling my daughter and ask her
about her homework. At night I like to talk whit my wife about different topics
instance, arts, our family and her work. Together watch Tv and have dinner. Se tells
me, don’t worry all time, because she knows about my stress.
When the weather is pleasant in the weekend,
we visiting different places. We like to going to parks, museums, concerts and
restaurants.
